An upgraded example from the Player II range!
A further refinement upon the already popular Player line from Fender Mexico, the Player II series delivers modern specifications without breaking the bank! This particular example is the lines Jazz Bass offering. Composed of an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard (in contrast to earlier Player models which feature pau ferro). A modern 'C' shape neck profile is present in combination with a modern feeling 9.5" fretboard radius. Under the hood is a set of Player Alnico 5 pickups which deliver that classic J-bass thump in spades. This particular example has had its original bridge replaced with a Leo Quan Badass II bridge (the original is included). All round, these Player II models are exceptional players for the money, with this example being no exception!
Cosmetic condition is very good with only light play wear present throughout. There is a minor indentation on the back of the body. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. No case or gig bag included.
