Arguably one of the most famous low-wattage, recording amps of all time, the Tweed Champ is an exceptionally simple amplifier in conception yet delivers a sound all of its own. Made by local Melbourne amp builder, Lucas Miles, the '57 Tweed Champ pushes out 5-watts through a single Jensen 8" speaker. Hand wired, point-to-point, this example uses high quality components from the likes of Mercury Magnetics, Tungsol, Allen Bradley, and Switchcraft. Cosmetic condition is very good, with only light signs of cosmetic wear present to the control panel, tolex, and grill cloth.
