Founded in 1986 and located in Hannover, Germany, Duesenberg have been making some seriously eye catching instruments that boast top rate specifications and exceptional playability. This particular example is the Starplayer TV Phonic, with a manufacture year of 2022. Finished in a tasteful 'Venetian White', this example is composed of a semi-hollow laminated back and sides with laminated spruce top. A set, one-piece maple neck with rosewood fretboard is present and features an exceptionally comfortable medium 'D' profile in combination with a 12" fretboard radius. These models feature Duesenberg Phonico pickups, boasting a combination of the GrandVintage humbucker and Domino P90. Aided by a four-way rotary switch, the Starplayer TV Phonic delivers exceptional versatility and a tone that is dynamic and responsive. Cosmetic condition is very good showing little signs of scratching or dings throughout. Gold-plated hardware throughout shows some tarnishing. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes the original hardcase (double check).
