Does it get much better than a P90 equipped Les Paul?
Dating to 2006 and manufactured in China, this example from Epiphone is the '56 Les Paul Standard. Aiming to recreate the look and specifications of examples from the aforementioned year. Composed of a mahogany body with maple cap, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard, the '56 Les Paul Standard is an LP through and through. The original alnico V Epiphone P90 pickups are present, providing a warm roundness that can seriously bite when matched with an overdriven amplifier. This example features a replacement set of Grover tuners.
Cosmetic condition is good, showing signs of play wear throughout in the form of minor dings, scratches, and pick wear. The three-way switch plate has a split. There is some discolouration under the pickguard. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes a leatherette gig bag.
