A stunning example from luthier, Barry Kerr!
Constructed in 2002, this example delivers exceptional tone with a striking look to match. Composed of a King William pine top in combination with blackwood back and sides, the OOO-1 has a balanced response with an exceptionally pleasing high end. A Queensland cedar neck is present in addition to a rosewood fretboard. This particular example has a fretboard radius of 10" in addition to a nut width around 43.5mm with a very fast, slim 'D' neck profile. Add in Gotoh tuners and a sound hole mounted Seymour Duncan pickup, and you have one great sounding example from one of Australia's best luthiers!
Cosmetic condition is good, with signs of play wear in the form of noticeable scratching around the sound hole in addition to general play wear such as light scratching and dings throughout the rest of the instrument. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. There is some lift to the top around the bridge, but otherwise has plenty of saddle left. Includes a hardcase.
