It doesn't get much more classic than an early '60s spec Precision Bass!
By far one of the coolest MIJ Precision Basses we've encountered, this example dates to 1991 (based off the neck heel pencil mark) and is a PB62-700 model. Composed of an alder body with maple neck and rosewood fretboard, this example noticeably features period-correct reverse tuners in addition to a 7.25" fretboard radius. Fender USA PB-Vintage pickups are present and deliver plenty of growl and mid-range cut. Despite currently being strung with rounds, we think this would make a good contender for a set of flats (for those looking to shed their Jameson lines). A great player from Fender Japan!
Cosmetic condition is fair, with noticeably signs of wear throughout in the form of scratches, dings, scuffs, and hardware corrosion. There is finish flaking at the neck join. Dings and scuffs are present on the back of the neck in addition to the top of the headstock. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. No case or gig bag included.
