A real shredder from Fender Japan!
Dating to 1990, this example is a non-catalog model produced by Fujigen prior to the formal release of the Yngwie Signature in Japan. Composed of a basswood body with bolt-on maple neck and scalloped rosewood fretboard, this example features Dimarzio HS-3 pickups featured in the neck and bridge position in addition to a brass nut. The tone controls have both been swapped out for TBX controls, aiming to be more in line with USA Yngwie models. Finished in candy apple red, this example delivers the goods!
Cosmetic condition is good, with dings, scratches, and scuffs present to the body throughout. A backplate is missing. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes a gig bag and tremolo arm.
