1983 Aria Pro II PE-R80 Red
Sold Out
A super cool example from Aria!
We've always been impressed with the quality of every Aria Pro II model we've encountered, with this example being no exception. This particular model dating to 1983 is the PE-R80, a great single cutaway example. Composed of a mahogany body with maple neck, these models feature a set three-piece maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Features the typical controls of an LP style instrument, with this example having had the original pickups replaced with a set of vintage Dimarzio Super Distortions which sound immense. A coil tap and phase reverse switch is also present. Quite a versatile model from a great Japanese manufacturer!
Cosmetic condition is very good for its age with light signs of play wear in the form of minor dings, scratches, and pick marks. The gold-plated hardware shows signs of tarnishing. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. No case or gig bag included.
