Another killer '60s Japanese bass hits the wall!

Produced by Hoshino Gakki at the Tama factory in Japan, this example is effectively an Ibanez 482 that has been re-badged as a 'Barclay' for export. This example features a solid mahogany body with bolt-on mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard, and comes in at a 34" scale length. As to the origins of Barclay, it appears that Barclay may have been a house brand for Brashs back in the day. Regardless, this example is outrageously cool with an incredibly unique body shape and tonal quality.

Cosmetic condition is very good for its age, showing light dings, scratches, and checking throughout. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with medium-high action. Includes an original, brown-moulded Stamford case.
