Grass Roots is a subsidiary brand of ESP, manufactured in Korea and sold within the Japanese domestic market as an entry-level, budget instrument. This particular example is a copy of the classic Les Paul Special design, finished in a very cool TV yellow. Pickups sound great, and playability is excellent.
