Pairing a beautiful looking, and sounding kiln-aged Sitka Spruce Top with book matched 2-piece Rosewood back and sides, the FG2HCE delivers an unparalleled level of clarity and aesthetic elegance. Kiln-aged through a process of torrefication, the moisture content is removed from the original cut of wood resulting in a more stable and precise timber which delivers an exceedingly complex and rich tone.

Figured Ebony makes an appearance on both the fingerboard and bridge, alongside a newly introduced Figured Ebony pickguard. 

The FG2HCE is an Orchestra Model shape, based on Patrick James Eggle's 'Linville' model. Fitted with Fishmans latest and greatest FLEX-BLEND preamp system, the FJ2HCE boasts a blend of an under-saddle piezo pickup and condenser microphone allowing for an accurate amplified reproduction of the instruments natural tonal qualities.
