c1966 English Electronics Tonemaster Black

Commissioned by the US based company, English Electronics, and manufactured by Valco, the English Electronics Tonemaster is a super rare take on the famous Supro ‘Reso-Glass’ model that has seen a recent revival in the hands of artists including Jack White amongst others.

This model is quite unique in the fact that it possess’ a Silver-Sound piezo pickup in combination with a super girthy sounding single pickup in the neck position. Can’t choose whether you need an electric or acoustic on a gig, this will do both!

This particular example is super clean for its age, with minimal wear throughout and appears all original.

Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low-medium action. Includes a non-original soft-shell case.
