2023 Fender Eric Clapton Stratocaster Black

A great signature model from Fender!

Originally introduced in 1988, the Eric Clapton Stratocaster has gone through a handful of incarnations, with this example nicknamed 'Blackie' having become the most enduring. Constructed in 2023, this example features an alder bolt-on maple neck. The neck in question features a fretboard radius of 9.5" in combination with soft 'V' neck profile these models are renowned for. Under the hood is a set of Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups in tandem with the TBX tone control and active mid boost control. A great example that straddles the line between modern appointments and vintage-inspired feel and looks!

Cosmetic condition is fair, showing noticeable signs of wear to the body throughout. There are indentations and scratches throughout, as well as the remnants of a 'peace' sticker below the bridge. The headstock decal has seen some wear, and there are small spots of discolouration found in a few spots, most notably around the backs of the tuning machines. Trem arm comes blocked off as the standard feature for this model. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. Missing tremolo arm. Includes the original case with COA.
