2017 Squier Vintage Modified Bass VI Olympic White
Sold Out
One of Fenders most unique designs gets the Squier treatment!
Original released back in '61, the Bass VI quickly found a niche as an incredibly unique instrument that straddles the line between a bass and guitar. With original examples now worth big bucks, it makes sense that Squier would do a more accessible version. This particular example dates to 2017 and was released as part of the 'Vintage Modified' line of instruments. Composed of a basswood body with bolt-on maple neck, this example features a more desirable rosewood fretboard as opposed to the laurel that permeates newer examples. Boasts a 30" scale length with custom single-coil Jaguar pickups. This particular example has had its pickguard swapped for a pearloid aftermarket replacement. A super cool example that truly has its own sound!
Cosmetic condition is good, showing signs of wear in the form of scratches and a couple of dings/chips to the body. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. No case or gig bag included.
