2010s Fender MIJ JB-62 Jazz Bass Sunburst

A great thumper from Fender Japan!

This particular example was manufactured circa 2010-2011, and is the JB62 model which served as the entry point to Fenders 'Vintage' series. Finished in a three-tone sunburst and composed of a basswood body with maple neck and rosewood fretboard, these examples absolutely nail the look of the early '60s examples. An 'oval' shape neck is present, and feels excellent and responsive in hand. These are super great examples to get into a vintage-spec Fender without spending the big bucks of US-production models!

Cosmetic condition is fair, showing some noticeable signs of wear throughout. There are minor dings present throughout the front and back of the bass, with a more noticeable ding occurring between the bridge and strap pin. There is a minor gouge to the back of the body, and a ding on the back of the neck, treble side around the fourth fret. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. No case or gig bag.
