2000 Epiphone MIJ LPS-80 Les Paul Standard Cherry Sunburst

A hard to find MIJ Epiphone Les Paul Standard!

A JDM model produced between 1998 and 2002, the LPS-80 served as the Les Paul Standard model within Epiphone Japans catalog. Composed of a mahogany body with carved top, this example also boasts a set mahogany neck in combination with a rosewood fingerboard. Notably, these models feature the 'open book' headstock design, as well Epiphone Japan PAF-style pickups. Outside of a replaced truss rod cover and replacement strap pin, this example appears to be all original. This particular examples comes in at 4.1kg. 

Cosmetic condition is fair, showing signs of dings, scratches, scuffs, and hardware corrosion throughout. There is noticeably scratching on the back of the body. Fretboard shows mild divoting throughout. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes an Epiphone-branded hardcase.
