1985 Tokai Limited Edition S-Style Olympic White

A cool Tokai with some spank!

This particular example appears to date to 1985 based off its neck plate serial number which takes the same formatting as L-series Stratocasters (cool detail!). Not quite able to find a catalogue reference for these 'limited edition' models, but this example appears to otherwise present as a TST-50. Composed of what appears to be a basswood body with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard, this example features grey bobbin alnico pickups under the hood as well as what appears to be the original electronics. Rounded out with the traditional small headstock design and finished in olympic white, this example oozes '60s Strat vibes and delivers a great tonal experience for the price point!

Cosmetic condition is good with light play wear in the form of scratches, dings, and pick wear throughout the instrument. There is a fairly noticeable ding to the front of the instrument by the lower contour. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes a gig bag. No tremolo arm.
