1985 Ibanez Roadstar II RS528 White
$627.00
A rare model within the Roadstar II series!
The Roadstar range from Ibanez during the mid '80s was quite a good seller for the brand, captivating the market hungry for super strat-style instruments. Finished in white and sporting a basswood body with a 24-fret maple neck with rosewood fretboard, the RS528 features a streamlined silhouette accentuated by hardware appointments typical of the period. A HSS configuration is present with the original IBZ humbucker and V7 blade single coil pickups. A Duo-Sound coil split function for the bridge pickup is present, and in combination with the Pro Rock'r double locking tremolo, the RS528 is the emblematic '80s shred machine!
Cosmetic condition is good with play wear present throughout. There are some minor dings and scrapes on the back and base of the instrument. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. There is some minor plinking out on the high e and b strings beyond the 12th fret. No case or gig bag included. Includes a non-original tremolo arm.
