An exceptional example from Takamine!
This is the period of Takamine to look out for, with the Martin-style headstock. This example dates to 1977 and is composed of a solid spruce top in addition to rosewood back and sides. Comparable in size to a 00, this example has a lovely, balanced voice with plenty of mid range clarity. A rosewood fretboard is present, with the nut width coming in at 42.45mm with a soft 'V' neck profile. Whether you're fingerpicking or strumming, this example has character in spades!
Cosmetic condition is very good for its age, showing light dings and scratches throughout the body and neck. The nut at some stage has been replaced. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes a hardcase.
