A cool Japanese T-style from the golden age of Japanese guitars!

The pantheon of Japanese guitar brands stretches through a wide variety of desirable, interesting, strange, and downright baffling. A bit more of an obscure brand, Maya was a brand producing a range of instruments throughout the '70s and '80s, owned by wholesaler Rokkomann, out of Kobe. Specifically, the El Maya sub-brand existed as a range of higher end offerings that were produced by the Chusin Gakki company for Maya, copying the designs of Fender, Gibson, and the like. With the context out of the way, what we have here is a Revival Series T-style finished in natural, and appearing to date to sometime around '76-77. This one features a two-piece ash body in combination with a maple neck. Standard Telecaster configuration, with plenty of snap and bite!

Cosmetic condition is good for its age, with play wear present and some more noticeable dings present near the output jack. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. Includes a gig bag.
